Grounding

With every weekly session, we initiate our communion with the horses through grounding and meditation exercises. Harness the therapeutic power of our equine partners’ expansive electromagnetic fields, which have the exceptional ability to pacify and regulate our own nervous systems. The robust yet gentle energy of these majestic creatures guides us to a state of profound relaxation and equilibrium.

 Body Awareness

Our lead facilitator, Melissa, is a highly qualified physical therapist and a certified trauma-informed stretch practitioner. Under her expert guidance, participants learn to listen to their bodies, acknowledge their physical state, and respond with compassionate attention. This heightened body awareness encourages participants to reside fully in the present moment, cultivating an enriched experience that synchronizes mind, body, and spirit.

Linda

I cannot put into words the positive impact this course has had on my life. I found clarity and resolution on some issues I have struggled with in traditional psychotherapy for years. I can’t explain how it works - it just does! I also never thought I would be a candidate for such a program - I erroneously thought such forms of therapy were reserved for physically disabled or severely handicapped people. I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience this type of therapy in my life, and I hope more people learn that it is available to everyone!
